History

Founded in 1996 by Pavel's mother, Irena, Ottawa Flowers began as a small flower shop in Ottawa's east end. Today, the award-winning Ottawa Flowers team includes master floral designers, customer service specialists, a full-time website engineer, plus operations and management staff. This core team of approximately 10 full-time employees often grows by up to 30 or more part-time personnel to accommodate busy periods like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and, of course, wedding season.
At Ottawa Flowers, every step of our process-from ordering and consultation to design and delivery-is built around the needs of our customers. That's also why we are always looking for ways to exceed your expectations, such as through our optional "email an image" service where we send you a photo of your arrangement so you can see exactly what we delivered to the recipient.
Helping you say it with flowers Whatever the occasion, our talented team of internationally trained floral designers can provide you with just the right arrangement or gift basket, from simple to elaborate, from cheery and colourful to understated elegance. We're also experienced in creating floral arrangements specifically designed for different cultural tastes and preferences.
